Signature Events and Initiatives

One of the hallmarks of PMM’s dedication is its founding role in the Philadelphia Ganesh Festival. In collaboration with the Bharatiya Temple, PMM initiated the first and largest ten-day Sarvajanik Ganesh Festival in North America. This festival has garnered immense recognition, earning the prestigious “Vyas Puraskar” from the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple Trust in 2018 for being the “Best Public Ganesh Festival” celebrated outside of India.

Additionally, PMM is the proud founder of America’s First Dhol Tasha Pathak. This initiative showcases their commitment to the preservation and celebration of Maharashtra’s rich musical heritage.
