Visit Us: Hours and Location

The museum grounds are open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During these hours, visitors enjoy free admission and parking. The museum store operates on the same days, but closes slightly earlier at 4:30 PM. For those looking for a guided experience, weekday tours are available from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM for just $5 per person. On weekends, you can experience thrilling train and trolley rides for a nominal fee, ranging from $8 to $13 per person. Please note that the museum is closed to the general public from November 19th to December 31st, except for those with Polar Express tickets.
