Admission to the museum will be included after completing the workshop. This tribute was creatively developed by Wings of History board members Dan and Carol Livingston.
Recent Developments
The museum is constantly making improvements and showcasing its history. Volunteers, such as Larry and Mark, have recently enhanced the library section. Furthermore, the newly refurbished “Flying Pig” play area now features a climbing dome, a kid-safe aircraft cabin, slides, swings, playhouses, and picnic tables, making it a perfect spot for families.
The museum recently received a generous donation from the estate of Naval Commander Robert Aumack. This donation includes various aircraft models, many of which will soon be available for sale in the gift shop. The collection spans from the late 1940s to the 1970s and appeals to collectors. Members of the museum can enjoy a 10% discount on all gift shop purchases.
