A Glimpse into Rodeo History

Since its inception, the Hall of Fame has inducted 279 individuals, 35 animals, and 30 rodeo committees. Each year, over 100 nominees are put forward, but only a select few are honored. This exclusivity adds to the prestige of being recognized within this esteemed hall.

Current Exhibits and Artworks

Recently, the museum unveiled a new exhibit titled “Images of the West” in its 101 Gallery. This exhibit honors the works of Carlin Kielcheski, a retired US Air Force officer who creatively captured ranching and rodeo scenes in his paintings. His artwork is available for purchase, allowing visitors to take a piece of this history home with them.

Additionally, the exhibit showcases photography by Robert “Bob” Kisken, who dedicated a significant portion of his life to documenting rodeo events through his lens. Both artists contribute to the rich tapestry of visual history that the ProRodeo Hall of Fame strives to share.
