After graduating high school in 1992, she honed her skills at Parsons School of Design and later earned her BFA in Fashion Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1996.

Ellair Gallery officially opened its doors in 2006 amidst economic challenges but remained a key player in the local art scene for nearly six years. Today, it showcases a variety of artworks, including the popular “Fabulous Fish,” “Serendipitous Serving Trays,” and “Funky Ass Furniture.” These unique pieces reflect Edith’s whimsical style and innovative approach to art.
