The Fort Steuben Visitor Center and Museum Shop maintain year-round hours, operating Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, excluding holidays.

Admission prices are designed to be accessible for everyone. Adult tickets are $12, seniors aged 60 and older are $10, and youth aged 6 to 12 can enter for $7. Children under 6 can enjoy the museum for free. Families, schools, and tour groups can benefit from special rates when reservations are made in advance.
